HOVER® SYSTEM CONTROLLER
Monitors and adjusts real-time internal pressure between the mattress and patient body to ensure the effectiveness of pressure redistribution and offloads the pressure occurring in deep tissue. While fully automatic modes ensure less care-giver intervention, manual overrides are available to fine tune the system to individual patient need.

In case of a power failure or electrical cable unplugged, the controller provides an alarm and transition over to battery power, wherein a static pressure is maintained for 30 min avoiding bottom-out.

Sturdy Double Hook
Sturdy metal "J" shaped Hook coated with corrosion protection film is capable of withstanding accidental external force or severe collision.
Easy Bio-Filter replacement
The filter foam can be seen from outside the main compressor, to determine if the Bio Filter is dirty and requires replacement. Since there is no need to open the main compressor, the risk of cross infection is eliminated.
Detachable Power Cord / External Fuse
Use of 3-pin detachable power cord that can be detached from the controller unit for easy storage and replacement.
External fuse at the socket eases replacement in case of a power outrage.
High Flow Aluminum Pump
Aluminum encased 17 lpm high flow rated pump ensures quick initial mattress inflation and effective pressure offloading.

HOVERMAT MATTRESS
Available as Overlay Mattress with Retainer Air Cell (RAC) technology or Replacement mattress with Cell-on-Cell (CoC) technology, it is designed to support patients up to 250 kg and provides the best possible pressure redistribution for all patient types in all stages of tissue damage.

Key features of HOVER®MAT Mattress
Cell on Cell (CoC) Air Cell
Cell-on-Cell technology, available in 8" replacement mattress, provides a 3" static layer below the alternating layer. This avoids bottoming out of the mattress even in case of a power failure.
Retainer Air Cell (RAC)
RAC (cell-in-cell) technology prevents air cell from being over-inflated as well to reinforce each air cell of the mattress proportionally inflated.
4-way stretchable coverlet
Top Cover is made from high quality vapor permeable water-resistant Polyester woven Polyurethane (PU) to eliminate any ulcer progression due to friction and shear stresses. The PU coverlet provides a low temperature micro-climate underneath the skin.
CPR Quick Release Valve
Each mattress is equipped with a single hand operated CPR valve for rapid deflation of the air mattress for emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation, minor physiotherapy or uninstallation and storage. Dual CPR is provided in 8" replacement mattress for faster deflation.
Patient Transport Mode
Transport Cap to facilitate patient rehabilitation. Once deployed, the mattress holds static pressure up to 72 hours (RAC mattress) and 12 hours (non-RAC mattress) to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
Secured Overlay Straps
Large elastic bands at the corners enables fixing the air mattress to existing foam pad. Overlay mattresses have 4 elastic corner bands and Replacement mattresses have 3 cross-straps to secure the mattress to the bed frame.
Low Maintenance Cost
All cylinders made of lightweight PU that can withstand a pressure over 300 mmHg. Individual cylinder can be easily replaced at user point.
Pillow Function
3 units of Static air pressure cells at the head-end ensures no alternation of pressure underneath the head. This improves comfort during sleeping.
Low Air Loss
Air is forced through micro orifice located on the surface of the bladders. This process wicks away any moisture and keeps the micro-climate beneath the patient dry, key in treating and preventing skin breakdown.
All round Zipper
This loose fitting top cover is attached to the mattress base by concealed zips to reduce ingress of unwanted fluids. The cover is easy to clean and can be completely removed for laundering.
