HOVER® SYSTEM CONTROLLER
The controller is like the brain and heart of the system. It monitors the weight, posture and location of the patient in real time and continuously adjusts the pressure to a set therapeutic level. This microprocessor controlled fully digital unit is future ready with IOT enhancement capability.
Key Features of HOVER® Controller
Microprocessor controlled real time pressure monitoring
The controller monitors and adjusts real-time internal pressure between the mattress and body, based on body weight and posture, to ensure the effectiveness of pressure redistribution in offloading the pressure occurring in deep tissue.
Manual override of pressure and cycle time
The default cycle time is set at 10min. However, based on doctor's advice, the cycle time can be varied from 5min to 20min in 5min steps. Similarly the pressure may be varied to suit patient's comfort requests.
Compact and Ergonomic
Compact and sturdy design encased in a flame retardant bi-colored ABS case, ergonomically designed with a finger grip at the top
Sensors and Alarms
Multiple sensors continuously monitor the health of the system and provides real time visual and audible signals low pressure and system failure
Battery Backup
In case of a power failure or electrical cable unplugged, the controller provides an alarm and transition over to battery power, wherein a static pressure is maintained for 30 min avoiding bottom-out.
Sturdy Double Hook
Sturdy stainless steel metal J-Hook coated with corrosion protection film is capable of withstanding accidental external force or severe collision.
Metal encased high flow pump
Aluminum encased 17 LPM high flow rated pump ensures quick initial mattress inflation and effective pressure offloading
Power Safety Management
Use of 3-pin detachable power cord that can be detached, stored and replaced easily .
External Fuse
Single 1A Slow Blowout external fuse, housed in the socket area, makes it easy to access and change incase of any power outrage.
External Bio-filter
The bio-filter foam can be seen from outside the main compressor, to determine if the filter is dirty and requires replacement.
Durable Material
The case is made from highly durable, shatter resistant and chemical non-reactive Polycarbonate.
Key Features of HOVER®MAT Mattress
Retainer Air Cell
Retainer Air Cell to prevent air cell from being over-inflated as well to reinforce each air cell of the mattress proportionally inflated. Cell-on-Cell technology available in 8" mattress avoids bottoming out in case of power failure.
4 way stretchable Coverlet
Made of environmentally friendly PU-film that is non-toxic, combined with warp-and-weft woven resilient fabrics with a smooth and bump-free 4 way stretchable, vapor permeable, water resistant PU surface.
Replaceable durable Air Cells
Deformation-free and lightweight materials that can withstand a pressure of over 4 times the operating pressure.
CPR Quick Exhaust Valve
Single hand operated CPR Quick Valve is equipped for quick deflation of the air mattress so as to facilitate the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during the emergency and storage.
Pillow Function
Front 3 Air Cells No Alternating Design ensures no alternation at the head end to increase comfort during sleeping.
Retainer straps
The simplest way to fix the air mattress to a existing foam pad in case of overlay mattress is to use the 4 corner elastic bands. For 8" replacement mattress 3 cross-straps are used to secure to the bed frame.
Transport Function
Transport Cap to facilitate patient rehabilitation. Once deployed, the mattress holds static pressure up to 72 hours (12hrs for 5" mattress) to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
Low Air Loss
Air is forced through micro orifice in the surface of the bladders and top cover. This process wicks away any moisture and keeps patient dry, key in treating and preventing skin breakdown
Zipper Function
This loose fitting top cover is attached to the mattress base by concealed zips to reduce ingress of unwanted fluids. The cover is easy to clean and can be completely removed for laundering.
Perfect Dimensions
The length, width and height of the mattress is carefully designed to match the dimensions of most hospital beds, eliminating worries regarding the bed slipping or having any excessive gaps.
Automatic Modes of HOVER® Controller
Therapeutic
1-in-2 alternating cells deflated to relieve contact pressure and maintain micro climate beneath the patient.
